Every cake here is baked the week you ask for it. Eight inches, three layers, real butter and real vanilla, finished by hand. There is a short menu on purpose: eleven cakes that people ask for again and again, made well.

Ordering is simple. Pick a cake, pick a pickup day, and pay a deposit to hold the date. The rest is paid when you collect it. Cakes are made to order, so please ask at least five days ahead, and a little longer for busy weekends and holidays.

Every cake lists what is in it. All of them contain wheat, milk and eggs, and the kitchen also handles tree nuts and peanuts. If someone you are baking for has an allergy, please say so when you order, and choose a different bakery if the risk is too high.
