Terms of Service
Effective date: 17 October 2026
These terms apply to gambot.us ("Gambot", "we", "us") and to everything you buy or use from it. By using the site, buying a product or connecting a service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
Gambot is run by Jeffrey A. Kondas, doing business as Gambot, New Jersey, USA. Contact: contact@gambot.us. Our privacy policy and cookie policy explain how we handle your information.
Using the site
You may browse the site and use the free tools for lawful purposes. Please do not try to break, overload or probe the site, scrape it at scale, bypass payment or access limits, or use it to harm others. We may block access that does.
Products and licenses
Each product page says what you get. Unless a product says otherwise, when you pay you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own purposes. You may not resell, share, sublicense or republish the files. We keep all rights in the products, text, music, video and designs on the site, and a license does not transfer ownership. Pro plans, if offered, come with the separate commercial-use license shown on their page.
Buying
Prices are shown in US dollars and include taxes where we say so. The price you see is the price you pay. We do not currently add sales tax or VAT; if the law requires us to collect tax on a sale, we will show it before you pay. Nothing on the site is for sale yet; products are listed before they are on sale, and a product can be bought only when its page shows a Buy button. Payments are processed by Stripe (and PayPal, if offered). After payment is confirmed you get a download link on screen and by email. The link works once and expires after 24 hours; if it fails or expires, contact us and we will send a new one.
Subscriptions
Anvil OS Sync and Pro, when offered, are subscriptions. The price and billing period (monthly or yearly) are shown before you pay, and the plan renews automatically at the same interval until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the members page (it opens Stripe's billing portal); cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries the card and you keep access for up to 3 days while it does. We email you a reminder before a yearly plan renews. We may change a price for future periods and will tell you in advance; you can cancel before it applies.
Refunds and your right to cancel
Downloads (one-time purchases). You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying, for any reason, by emailing contact@gambot.us from the address you paid with. If a download does not work and we cannot fix it, we will refund you whenever you tell us, within a reasonable time. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Subscriptions. You can ask for a refund of any payment, including a renewal, within 14 days of that payment. You can cancel at any time from the members page; cancelling stops future charges.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a legal right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. Because we refund within 14 days for any reason, you do not need to rely on that right, and we do not ask you to give it up. Nothing here limits legal rights you cannot give up.
Connecting Notion
Anvil OS Sync works through Notion's own connection process. You decide what to share and can disconnect at any time from the members page or from your Notion settings. We only create and update the databases and pages we made. Notion is a separate company with its own terms; we are not responsible for Notion's service, limits or outages. Sync can only help while your Notion workspace allows it.
Your content
Anything you send us (for example in the contact form) stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to reply to you and run the service. Do not send us anything you do not have the right to share.
No guarantees, and limits on what we are responsible for
We work to keep the site and products reliable, but they are provided "as they are" and we cannot promise they will always be available, error free or suit your exact needs. Back up anything important, including your Notion workspace. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, death or personal injury, or your rights as a consumer.
Ending access
You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end access to a product or subscription if you seriously break these terms, share your license key, or fail to pay, and we will refund any period you paid for but could not use if the reason was not your fault.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to future purchases and renewals; for an existing subscription we will tell you by email before a material change takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, and disputes go to the state and federal courts located in New Jersey, except that if you are a consumer you keep any right to bring a claim in the courts of your own country and the protection of your local consumer laws.
